Generic Minions
- 傑爾賓‧梅卡托克's 修理機器人 – Is now a 0/3 and has a new power: At the end of your turn, restore 6 Health to a damaged character.
- 日怒保衛者 now only gives adjacent minions Taunt.
- 法力怨靈 – Now a 2/2 (was a 1/3).
- Pint-sized Summoner – The cost reduction has been reduced from 2 to 1.
- 解任務的冒險者 is now Rare.
- 食肉食屍鬼 is now Common.
- 帝王眼鏡蛇 has a new visual to remind you about his venomous power.
- 受傷的大劍師 has 1 more Attack.
- 博學行者阿洲 has 1 less Attack.
- 比斯巨獸 is now 9/7 (was 10/6).
- 護光者 now gains +2 Attack per heal.
- 暮光飛龍 is now a 4/1 with '蝙蝠tlecry: Gain +1 Health for each card in your hand.'
- 綠皮船長 is now a 5/4 with '蝙蝠tlecry: Give your weapon +1/+1.'
- 達拉然法師 now has 1 less Attack.

- 霜狼督軍 now has a 蝙蝠tlecry effect instead of an ongoing effect.
- 諾茲多姆 has a new visual effect.
Mage
- 寒冰箭 costs 2 Mana (down from 3).
- 鏡像 now creates 0/2 minions.
- 巫士的學徒 has 1 more Attack.
Priest
- 北郡教士 - Now costs 1 (down from 2).
- 預言者費倫 – Now also doubles the damage and healing of your Hero Power.
- Fade has been replaced with a new card:
- 暗言術：死 – (3) Destroy a minion with an Attack of 5 or more.
- 卡巴暗影牧師 – now a 4/5 (up from 3/4).
- 真言術：盾 has a new power – Give a minion +2 Health. Draw a card.
- Greater Heal has been replaced with a new card:
- 神聖之火 – (6) Deal 5 damage. Restore 5 Health to your hero.
- 聖光之子 has 1 more Health.
Warlock
- 犧牲契印 costs 0 (down from 2).
- 深淵領主 - Now a 5/6 with '蝙蝠tlecry: Deal 5 damage to your hero'.
Rogue
- 背刺 – New text: Deal 2 damage to an undamaged minion.
- Preparation – Now reduces next spell cost by 3 (up from 2).
- 毒襲 costs 2 Mana (up from 1).
- 迪菲亞頭目 has 1 less Health.
- 隱蔽 costs 1 Mana (up from 0).
- 碎顱 costs 3 Mana (up from 2).
- 有耐心的刺客 has a new visual to remind you about his power.
- Hero Power – No longer has the ability to buff a currently equipped weapon.
- 艾德溫‧范克里夫 is now a 2/2, but no longer has Stealth.
Druid
- 憤怒 can no longer be cast on heroes.
- 塞納留斯 costs 9 (up from 8).
- 星殞術 can now only hit minions.
- 知識古樹's Healing option now only restores 5 Health. (down from 8)
- 兇蠻 costs 1 (down from 3), and must target a single minion.
Hunter
- 獵人印記 – No longer a 1-turn only effect.
- 食腐土狼 – Now only eats your own Beasts.
Warrior
- 殘酷的監工 has 1 more Health.
- 心靈之怒's +2 Attack effect no longer goes away at the end of the turn.
- 戰鬥狂怒 costs 3 (up from 2), and also counts damaged heroes.
- 白沫狂戰士 has 1 more Attack.
- 命令之吼 now costs 2 (up from 1) and also draws you a card.
Shaman
- 妖術's 青蛙 is now a Beast.
- 治療圖騰 no longer heals heroes.
